Common questions
How long does setup take? +
Usually 1 working day. We upload your products, configure your domain, create dealer accounts, and do a 1-hour training session on WhatsApp video call. You'll be live by tomorrow.
Do dealers need to download an app? +
No download needed. Dealers open a link in Chrome on their phone. They can optionally install it as an app (PWA) by tapping "Add to Home Screen" — no Play Store required. Works on both Android and iPhone.
Can I have different prices for different dealers? +
Currently all dealers see the same price list. Dealer-specific pricing is on our roadmap for the Enterprise tier. As a workaround, you can create separate product variants for different price tiers.
What if I want to stop? +
Cancel anytime. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 1 month notice. Annual plans are refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancelled in the first 3 months. Lifetime deal holders keep the script permanently.
How do dealers know their login details? +
You create each dealer's account from the admin panel and share their mobile number + password with them on WhatsApp. They can change their password from the profile page after first login.
Does it work in Hindi? +
The interface is currently in English but designed to be very simple — most dealers figure it out in under 2 minutes. Hindi language option is coming in the next update.
